Flourish Nightwear & Undergarments offers women’s bras, panties, lingerie, bridal sets, maternity and nursing wear, plus-size undergarments, nightwear, sleepwear, and related accessories.
We make every effort to provide accurate product descriptions, images, sizes, colors, prices, and availability. However, slight differences in color or appearance may occur due to lighting, photography, or screen settings.
Customers are responsible for checking the product size, color, design, material, and other details before placing an order.
2. Order Confirmation

Flourish may contact customers by phone, WhatsApp, or other available communication methods to confirm an order before dispatch.
We reserve the right to cancel an order if information is incomplete or incorrect, the product is unavailable, or the order appears fraudulent or suspicious.
3. Delivery Charges
A standard delivery charge of Rs. 250 will be added to the order unless a different delivery charge or promotional offer is clearly stated on the website.
4. Order Processing and Dispatch
All confirmed orders are shipped within 72 hours.
Orders are normally dispatched after order confirmation and verification. Dispatch times may be affected by weekends, public holidays, operational issues, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
5. Delivery Time
Estimated delivery times after dispatch are:
- Major cities: 4–5 working days
- Smaller cities and other areas: 5–6 working days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the courier service, destination, weather, holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.
6. Order Tracking
Online tracking is available for confirmed orders. Customers may use the tracking information provided by Flourish or the relevant courier service to check the status of their shipment.
Tracking information may take some time to become active after an order has been dispatched.
7. Customer Delivery Information
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate:
- Name
- Phone number
- Delivery address
- City and other relevant delivery details
Flourish is not responsible for delivery delays caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.
8. Order Cancellation
Orders may be canceled only before dispatch.
Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled. Customers should not refuse or reject a dispatched order as a method of cancellation.
9. Returns and Exchanges
Flourish does not offer refunds. Eligible products may be exchanged only according to our Return & Exchange Policy.
Due to hygiene reasons, used, worn, washed, altered, or damaged intimate apparel is not eligible for exchange.
Customers should review the complete Return & Exchange Policy before placing an order.
10. Customer Responsibilities
Customers agree to provide correct information and use the website honestly and lawfully.
Customers must not use the website for fraudulent orders, misleading transactions, abuse, harassment, or any activity that may harm Flourish, its customers, employees, partners, or website.
